This recording shows an older interface, including Groups and Settings & members. The Learn more about Flint › Help path is unchanged.

For written instructions without sending a support request, browse the help center.

Send feedback or a feature request

Click Learn more about Flint, then Feedback. When the messenger is available, that opens a new message — use it for ideas, feature requests, and anything that felt harder than it should have.

If you're in the activity builder

The activity builder fills the screen and hides the sidebar, so it has its own Help button in the top right. It opens the same messenger.

If the messenger doesn't open

The messenger needs functional cookies to run. If those are turned off or the messenger is not ready, both Help and Feedback open our help center in a new browser tab instead. Opening that tab does not send a message. To enable functional cookies, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Cookie settings.

If you cannot use the messenger, email support@flintk12.com with your question or feedback.
