If your school uses Google Workspace for Education, users designated as under 18 by the age-based access setting are blocked from using unconfigured third-party apps. This means that by default, students under the age of 18 may be blocked from signing up for Flint using Google SSO.
To resolve this issue, an administrator will have to allow access to Flint. Please view the video from Google below.
In order to let students use Google SSO to sign up for Flint:
At least one student under the age of 18 has to try to sign up for Flint and get blocked, so that Flint appears as an app that is pending review.
An administrator has to follow this guide: Manage access to unconfigured third-party apps for users designated as under 18. In step 9, Flint should be marked as a trusted app.
