Here is how to adjust the timing on an activity:
Open the activity.
Click "Activity settings" in the top right.
Click "Assignment" on the left-hand side.
Adjust the duration as you see fit.
If you would like for the activity to be untimed, leave the box blank. Click "Update" to confirm any changes.
