After your school administrator activates a new term in Flint, you'll see the following pop-up when you first log back into the platform:
Closing this pop-up will show you your new term in Flint. You'll notice that the tutors that you made previously are not in this term — it's a blank slate— but don't worry!
If you'd like to re-use or remix tutors from a past term (e.g. you're a teacher teaching the same class as last year), here are the steps you can follow to import tutors from a previous term in Flint.
First, navigate to where you'd like to import your tutors
You can import tutors either directly in the school's home page:
Or in the class group page:
Then, click "Import tutors"
If you're in the home page, this button is right next to the "Create tutor" button.
If you're in a class group page, this button is nested under the three dots:
Finally, select the tutors that you'd like to import
Click "Import tutors" to confirm the import
You've just imported tutors from a previous term! 🎉
