How do districts work on Flint?
Flint has district wide capabilities, where designated administrators have access to all workspaces within the district and can invite other administrators to help oversee the district. Districts are important because it keeps all workspaces organized in one place. It also helps administrators access workspaces easily for better and quicker management.

What's the difference between a district and a workspace?
A district manages a collection of workspaces, and within the workspaces are different groups. If you don't have district access on your dashboard, then your school has purchased for themselves only OR you will need to contact your district administrator to give you access.
What is a district owner?
A district owner is someone who helps oversee the entire district and the workspaces or school within it. An owner can invite other owners to help manage the district. They have access to all of the workspaces and are able view the analytics, groups, and activity within them.
How to access your district dashboard
Navigate to the top left corner of your homepage and click on your workspace name.
Go down to "Manage Districts." Your district name will pop up.
Click on the gear icon next to your district's name.

Navigate to "Owners"
Add user's first & last name or their email
How to remove workspaces from a district
Follow directions above on how to access your district dashboard
Navigate to "Workspaces"
Remove any workspace you do not want in your district anymore
How to access district-level analytics
District-level analytics lets you see how schools within your district are using Flint. This update was launched on January 9, 2026.
Navigate to the top left corner of your homepage and click on your workspace name.
Go down to "Manage Districts." Your district name will pop up.
Click on the bar graph icon next to your district's name.
