To add users to your workspace in Flint, you can either whitelist your school's email domain or add emails individually. Once they've been invited, you can assign their roles (admin, teacher, or student).
Note: This guide is best for inviting a subset of your school to Flint. To invite your whole school, we suggest importing through an LMS or SIS integration. This will automatically invite everyone, assign their roles, and make groups based on course rosters.

With the "add domain" option, anyone with an email address at the specific domain will be able to join with the assigned role. Please note that this option only permits bulk assigning, meaning that anyone with the domain you add will all have the same role.
Click "Settings and Members" on the bottom left of your screen.
Click "Members" at on the left sidebar.
Click "Add domain," which you can find to the right of your screen.
Add the domain.
Click the blue "Add as" button.
Chose the role you want to assign to all members with said domain. If you would like to assign them different roles, you can choose "Unassigned," then reassign their roles afterwards.

Click "Members" at on the left sidebar.
Click "Add members."
Enter email addresses separated by commas, spaces, or new lines.
Click "Next."

Click "Add members."
Click "Upload CSV." *Note: you must have two columns in your CSV file titled "Email" and "Role."

Click "Members" at on the left sidebar.
Find the member you would like to resend the invite to, either through the search bar or scrolling through the list of members on the member dashboard.
